[COVID-19] Change in AmGeneral's Business Hours

As a measure to minimise the potential spread of Covid-19 to our employees during this 14-day Movement Control Order from 18 to 31 March 2020 which was announced by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, AmGeneral Insurance operating hours will be as follows:

 

HQ & Branches

  • Office Hours: 8.45am - 3.00pm

 

East Malaysia

  • Office Hours: 8.30am - 2.45pm

 

Kurnia Claims Centre

  • Office Hours: 8.45am - 3.00pm

 

All Contact Centres

  • Office Hours: 8.45am - 5.45pm (BAU)
