About this product

This policy is designed to indemnify the Insured against

(i) All sums which the Insured shall become legally liability to pay for compensation in respect of:

• Bodily injury (including death or disease) to any person
• Loss of or damage to property

(ii) All costs and expenses of litigation

• recovered by any claimant against the Insured
• incurred with the written consent of the Insurer
